More support when you need it
Sometimes you need to hear someone talk it through. Sometimes you’d rather read quietly at your own pace. Choose what feels right for you.
WATCH & MAKE SENSE OF IT
Sometimes it helps to hear someone put into words what you’re struggling to understand.
On the OBRR YouTube channel, I talk about online cheating, the emotional aftermath, the questions it leaves behind, and what healing can actually look like.
READ & FIND CLARITY
When a question keeps circling in your head, sometimes you just need a clear answer.
Explore articles about online cheating, trust, triggers, accountability, relationships and recovery, written to help you understand what happened and find your way forward.
You're in experienced hands
Support grounded in more than 20 years of therapeutic experience.
My work draws on training and experience across:
Hypnotherapy • EFT • Thought Field Therapy • NLP • Life Coaching
These approaches have taught me something important: when your world has been shaken, you don’t need someone telling you how you should feel.
You need space to make sense of what happened, steady yourself, and find your own way forward.
My Story
There’s a certain kind of heartbreak that doesn’t leave physical bruises, doesn’t leave lipstick-on-the-collar evidence, and doesn’t come with a script for how you’re supposed to respond.
It’s the heartbreak of discovering that the person you trusted has been building a secret world online, a world you were never invited into.
A world that existed in messages, late‑night conversations, private accounts, emotional intimacy, or digital flirtations that were never meant for your eyes.
And, like you, I discovered those messages…
